I don't like the word "duck" in boxing because its ridiculous that someone who has fought all his life will be scared facing a boxer I don't believe anyone is scared. As for Floyd all things he did were for financial reasons. Who did he duck Margarito? No he chose Baldomir who was the lineal welterweight champion, if he chose Margarito people would say he ducked Baldomir. Cotto? He fought Hatton who brought in more money and felt he should retire but then got second thoughts and fought him at 154 pounds a couple of years later.
