you know with 1 fight coming up in less than a months time to gaurentee his place in the olympics you would think he would be taken it seriously considering how he got robbed out of his chance to go last time

this kid isn't even using 50% of his potential

 

It is a problem alright. Lots of travellers (not all) just plain dont 'do' discipline well. Look at Nevin.

 

nevin is a monk compared to ward, at least nevin looks fit in all his fights

 

Youre right about that..apart from the 'bit of' part.

It seems to be his real persona too - not an act to sell the fight. (No need for made-up antics at a Frampton fight - its a gauranteed sell-out).
In any case he has been consistently dismissive of Frampton all along, even in interviews given back home that Frampton would not ever see.
Is it that he's just not the brightest, or is he 'whistling past the graveyard' trying to boost his own confidence himself or is he just a 'richard head' or what?

Spike himself actually caught wind of my video and Tweeted it.

Yep Burnett could be the best of the lot.

 

Anybody else surprised by the level of confidence coming from Team Avalos? Theyre more or less taking a win for granted.

 

As a resident to So Cal, I can say American Mexicans are ****y, also the majority of them I met are completely unaware of anything else going on outside their personal bubble. Avalos is a fine example along with Crisco.

 

Team Avalos does seem a tight knit family group. I believe both his parents and his brother are with him. It's good to see that closeness. But they DO seem to be unrealistically overconfident.

 

Frampton said that Avalos's mother spat chewing gum at him at the weigh in yesterday, classless if true.

 

So the undercard is not available to viewersin the R.O.I . What an absoloute **** up from McGuigan . Why ?

 

What do you mean "from McGuigan".....in fairness he probably had no input into that decision at all....
Although in saying that I have been critical of the lack of effort to publicise Frampton down here....but I doubt This problem is Barrys fault.
