Just watching the post-fight interviews... does Quigg look significantly bigger than Frampton? If he does, is it just fight-night v not-in-camp or is Quigg really bigger?

Either way, respect and good conduct from both men.

Stoppage was spot on, Avalos was turning away with his eyes closed when he was stopped

I agree. I think Carl would stop him but I see it being a competitive fight. Let's hope the fight gets made. There is a lot to be excited about at the moment if you're a British boxing fan.

I'm surprised that Quigg and management are keen on this without a warm-up fight on return from his big injuries. For Quigg to be shaking rust off and getting over injuries in such a monumental challenge is silly for me.

100% Frampton vs 100% Quigg is 60/40 for the Jackal, if they fight in the summer, it's 80/20 Framps.

Fury won but was not impressive. Can't see him beating wlad probably be better off fighting the windmill.

Wlad on points but if it even looks like getting close he will stop him. Wilder will knock him out.

From what I saw of the Fury fight he looked quite sloppy in places. I doubt he'll fight Wlad any time soon.

i agree if wilder could land a decent punch on fury he could knock him out just not sure he could. I am certainly not a fury fan just think he could probably beat wilder

Fury didn't seem to be taking seriously, he might as well because he's getting knocked out in embarrassing fashion against Wlad if he does the same there, doubt he would last three if he's poking out jabs and switching all the time.

I swear Tyson Fury is the most under-rated fighter on this forum.

No foregone conclusion against Wlad but I believe the fight will turn out like a high-level Thompson vs Price.

If Wlad is forced to go looking and fight at a pace higher than he likes he'll get stopped in mid-late rounds for me. I see no reason why an on-point Fury doesn't make Wlad look ordinary for the first time in years.

This fight will be decided by the greater natural talent of Fury IMO. Although if Wlad lands big rights and those text book left hooks he could well take TF out.

    70/30 Fury for me.
