I think Fury is underestimated. He's improved a great deal in the last couple of years. He no longer seems as vulnerable as he used to. He resists the temptation to brawl and he boxes more smartly. Though I still think he's no match for Wladimir.

I think some people are underestimating him, yes. Fury is still quite unproven so I can see why people underestimate him but I don't think he is easy to beat at all. People who act like it's a sure thing that Wilder would beat him, they are underestimating him imo (I would favour Wilder but only very slightly).

That fight was in 2011. As I've said, Fury is a much improved fighter. He's much less gung ho than he used to be.

If it wasn't for Wladimir I'd have every faith Fury is going to be a champion. He has youth on his side though so he will get there, might take more than one go.

Decent fighter, may not have been a puncher on paper but he did the right thing in throwing awkward overhand rights against the taller man (I say man, what age was Fury then? 22 or 23?) and still his ever only defeat, those were the kind of fights Wilder was missing on his way up, actual challenges that questioned him and forced him to come through or fall

He's still not fought a world classed opponent that has real power and size. I really hope I'm wrong on him. When I watch his fights I hope he wins...and actually expect him to at this time as he's not fighting top level guys. Once he does and they've got power I'd be fearful of seeing him topple over like some heavy tree that's been chopped down. Against a banger he wont get up like he did with Cunningham. I know he's improved but I cant forget how he really lost against a beach whale called Mc Dermott. Stopped him in the rematch but he showed his class in the first...if he was 'that' special he'd have never have struggled against a domestic level fat journeyman. I believe Fury is a KO waiting to happen. Most likely in his next fight.....but we'll see!

Amazed you've even bothered to answer somebody with the IQ of a pork chop.

Some of these fools think Ireland is part of the British Isles, and that London is a country.

Inbuilt inferiority complex, its a knock on effect of having no history.

seems more like Fury is being overestimated IMO. His opponents have been okay but not dangerous. I guess there is a reason for that:hey

    :deal This. Exactly this.

Tyson Fury has cherry picked his way through his record. Blown-up CWs and marginal journeymen (that is, if they are not too big). He will not fight a decent fighter with any size unless it will bring him cash-out money.

Anyone that quotes wins over Chisora as being world-class wins are only showing their ignorance. Chisora is this era's Julius Francis.

I'm English for the record. We're not all fools.
