I am not a fan of Wlad and everybody knows that. But I give Fury very little chance against Wlad. Fury ain't a big puncher and he still has terrible flaws. He keeps his hands way too low and throws arm punches. Watch for a Wlad KO win. With his heart and guts, Fury may at least make it an entertaining night.
I highly doubt that wlad can knock out Fury but it's the only way he could beat Fury as he is going to be outboxed on the night
I absolutely agree. Fury's exceptionl footwork and handspeed will be a big factor in this fight, that holmes-like jab will trouble wlad early, and that ali-like footwork will get him out of the corners and those heavy foreman like hooks will drop wlad by mid-rounds.
Wlad would be a clear favourite but then he's a clear favourite over everyone. Fury doesn't have the chin to last very long, once tagged cleanly Wlad should have him out of their pretty quickly. But it would be interesting to see how Wlad deals with the size and physicality of Fury who is just massive with a huge reach. I've never rated Fury but he's actually better than I thought but I give him no chance of beating Wlad, none at all not even a punchers chance as he doesn't hit particularly hard. Other than size he has nothing to beat Wlad with, I expect a similar fight to Wlad's with Pulev only it ends sooner.
Agreed that Wlad-Fury is still a good matchup. At least better than the last series of no-hopers Wlad has faced. I believe Fury will do better than Pulev.
I agree it's unfair to compare his jab to Holmes jab As his jab is so good it Makes Holmes jab look average
Wlad couldn't outbox Thompson or pulev or povetkin so how is he going to outbox Fury the most competent boxer at HW right now
