Is it too early to start comparing fury with the greats ?

    Fury has bored everyone like Mayweather in his last two fights so there's one great you can compare him to.

    Its to early to compare Fury to real contenders let alone greats. Good bait thread though. :good

    For some it's too early but I can't see any boxer in history who can beat him

    Wilder knocks him out. Stiverne would stop him. Pulev and Povetkin would have beat him. Haye would have beat him. If he were so good why does he avoid so many fighters?

    I'm not sure if this is a wind up thread or serious but yes it is WAY too early! He needs to win the heavyweight title, even then it would be premature. Wlad had to go on a long reign as champ to enter the discussion of great heavyweights so if Fury won the belt it still doesn't necessarily mean that much (Wilder as an example) but it's a start.

    the fabulousity of this fury feller, is amazing to behold! He makes it look easy, He will defeat the all time great vlad and go on to ko wilder.

    Because hes so far above everyone thats ever done it at this point that making comparisons would be a fruitless endeavor :yep
