It's because "boxing_master" isn't a fan of the sport of boxing. He seems to like one fighter and damn the rest. (he'll probably reply to this with a list of his favorite fighters...but it's fairly evident that he hates boxing)
His agenda is pathetically transparent. Insist they both are bums and warrant boycotting since doing so discredits Ortiz, which in turn (somehow, in his warped little mind) vicariously discredits Mayweather. Really disturbingly obsessed.
Berto is going to his old self, a dangerous, explosive fighter with good speed, good power, and one lovely uppercut. If he can't take Lopez outta there early, Lopez might turn the tables later in the fight. Good good evenly matched fight. Looking forward to this one!
You and boxing moron arguing is comedy gold. Neither of you know much about boxing, d-ride your favorite fighters/stable and blindly hate on the opposing fighters/stable.
Berto should have had his way with Soto Karass. Hope he makes a rebound here. He really was a good fighter back in 2010-2011.
Remember when no one really argued over SHO and HBO. Suddenly Floyd and some GBP fighters jump ship and all hell breaks loose. I woted Berto via decision. I think he has a little more to offer thatn Lopez.
How in the blue hell is Berto a huge favorite over Lopez? Wasn't he getting rocked by featherfisted Upsher in his last fight? I'm calling upset!
I'm really conflicted with this match, Berto I have a feeling will play it safe like he did against Upsher, and now especially since he's with Hunter, you could definitely see his mark on him. But Lopez somehow always manages to draw his opponents into a war. However that also depends on which Josesito shows up the Lopez that looks great stopping Aaron Martinez or the one who looked tentative and pretty bad against Cobos. If Berto can control the fight he wins on points. If Josesito makes it a war he wins by KO, or loses by KO. So :conf And for the record this is a great action fight and as much as I dislike Haymon, I love boxing so I don't care where it comes from as long as I get it.
"Josesito" is no more a proper name for a lperson than "Kid Diamond". It means "little Jose" in Spanish. It's a cutesy diminutive form. It isn't equatable to the difference between "Michael Gerard Tyson" and "Mike Tyson"...more like "Awwww lookit how fierce he is, wittle Mikey Tyson-pants!!"
