Tyson Fury vs. Kubrat Pulev.

True, but then again not very many heavies have chins as good as Ustinovs. Never down in his K-1, or Boxing career. Damn near 100 pro fights, if not more without getting knocked on his ass.

 

Fury never fought an A grade boxer such as Pulev. I don't think he can handle him. He needs to fight an at least 1 A grade boxer such as Pulev, Povetkin, Perez or even Takam or Thompson before his performance can be predicted against Wlad. Even his little cousin is fighting a decent fighter like Charr, Price whom he keeps belittling had the guts to face Thompson, he should grow some heart and face decent opposition before talking big as he always does.

 

That's not Tyson at his best though... He half assed those, and still won in dominant fashion. That's what impressed the most, along with how he won them. For me his best performance is against Kevin Johnson. He's a much better boxer than he gets credit for.

 

I've long thought he has a lot of potential

I'm not saying that just due to his last two performances

Wow, were Fury to fight both of these and lose I'd be genuinely shocked and give you your dues, I just don't see it happening at all, ever...as in...impossible.
I know Wlad is top draw, very formidable and will make good fighters look bad but...just...no.:nut

 

How so? Break it down?

For Fury to lose a UD , he would need to abandon his movement, speed, combination punching , angles , foot work , defense , reflexes , inside game- uppercuts, body shots , short hooks to the head etc etc.

He would have to throw all those factors out the window and just stand there to allow him self be peppered with a jab for 12 rounds.

Standing still in the wheel house is Pulev's method of boxing so how does Fury who has way to many attributes than Pulev lose a UD?

 

Pulev could never beat Fury he isn't built for it

 

Pulev will destroy Fury and thats for sure. And the facts so far is Fury ducked Pulev, when that was elimination match for the number 1 contender for the Wlad IBF title, but Fury ducks.
Later on Fury ducks victim of Pulev - Ustinov.
And who the hell Fury beat? No one.
And boxing is not only height and reach.
Pulev destroy both Ustinov and Dimitrenko. Also he beat Thompson.
And the fist 2 are 2+meters, as well as have longer reach then Pulev ....
Thompson also was taller with longer reach.
And im pretty sure Pulev is tougher then Fury, as well he is faster.

And look how pathetic this Dino is, half year ago he was talking how Wlad is scared of Pulev and duck him and will never fight him. After Wlad takes the fight he start talking how fast, strong Pulev is, what good defence he have, how good his chin was and how good his movement is and how he will beat Wladimir.
After Wlad obliterate him, he say Pulev is a bum ....
Thats how pathetic this guy is, and thats how much he know about boxing.
He is talking the same s*** for Fury now.

Fury wouldn't lose a round. Hopefully after he smashes Wlad he'll cherrypick Pulev as an easy first defense.

Pulev has no head movement and poor footwork he got as far as he did with his outstanding jab but other then his jab he has no punch of note
