It's clear for anyone with a pair of working eyes and a rudimentary understanding of the sport that Wach was never a genuine contender. Just another fighter with a padded record who got a title shot but in reality was never a top 20 fighter. Just like Charr, Arreola and so many others in recent years, all smoke and mirrors but little real ability.
Look at the records of wach's opposition since wlad, terrible. That's a journeyman with a vulnerable chin record. Nothing more, does he want another shot at the title? Because he barely deserved it the first time.
I also wanna see this guy fight a better opposition. For example Fury - Wach, Povetkin - Wach, Pulev - Wach and so on.

Wach is a bum himself at this point. The dude is 36 and didn't have a single competitive fight for the last 2,5 years. You can't be more bum than that. And before that he only beat a few named opponents on their last fights before they retire, his best win to date is Christian Hammer(lol). In short, he was never that good, it's his enormous physique coupled with his tough looks that elevates him to some superb status in some people's eyes when in fact he was another B-grade boxer at best who forgot to retire.
Well, Wach already knocked out Christian Hammer, who Fury just fought. The difference between Fury and Wach is that almost everyone recognizes the fact that Wach is wack, whereas Fury has a lot of deluded followers who insist he's a brilliant fighter.
Olounkon isn't a bum. At one time he was a 16-0 prospect before going into a journeyman mode, but that's not to say he doesn't have some skills. Gave an a rising Helenius a very tough fight, beat a fading Brewster, Airich, robbed by Gerber, robbed by Agit Kabayel. etc. Good stay busy fight for Wach.. Olounkon for the most part has lost to the top prospects of the division, so he doesn't exactly qualify as a bum. Heck, he's much better than about 99.9% of the opponents Wilder faced before getting a world title shot, definitely better than Gavern the stay busy fight he took before fighting Stiverne.
