Both amped up for this fight and are probably training harder than ever. But, too bad that's the wrong strategy. They aren't young men anymore. It's not easy to train ***** to the walls when you're in your mid-to-late 30's. I don't care how many supplements you take, how many massages you get, etc.

The human body is a biological organism--not a machine. Most people do not understand the role the Central Nervous System plays in regard to intense physical exercise. IMO, training ***** to the walls for eight weeks or so at this stage in their respective careers is foolish.

You have to be more judicious. Floyd doing all of that road work in the middle of the night is just stupid. No benefit to it whatsoever. He should instead be working on short burst slike plyometrics and such. Which is what boxing is, btw.

Boxing is nothing like jogging, so, why would you jog? It serves no purpose and is an antiquated training method.

Whoever trains smarter will have a huge leg up going into this fight. I personally felt Mayweather looked really sluggish in the Maidana fights and I blame that on his training. Even his father has said that he needs to back off of some of the training in the past.

Personally speaking, eight weeks is too much. Especially at this age. Four to six weeks would be ideal and both fighters would be primed if that's what they did.

Both SHOULD go through the best, toughest and most calculated training camp ever. This is by far their biggest fight and also one of the biggest fights in Boxing history. I'm fully expecting both their training camps to be handled in the most professional way ever.

It serves the purpose of being the simplest kind of cardio training. Stamina is going to be important, no?

You might want to update your trolling and help other idiots like you because the fight is signed.

Actually from what i read, pac will only be sparring 90-95 rounds instead of the usual 150.

I kinda found that weird tbh.

The only thing that will be left in the ring will be the remnants of Pacman's porcelain jaw.

Pac is going to be in fantastic shape. Roach said that Haymon has been paying fighters to not spar Pac. Pac will not be sparing in public.....................Pac will be faster than ever. Pac needs to learn how to fight Void's referee and judges though...............

Boxing is about 80% anaerobic (lack of oxygen i.e. sprinting) and about 20% aerobic (with oxygen i.e. jogging / long slow runs). Or maybe 70% / 30% -- depends which school of thought you buy into.

There might be some value in LSR because they help a fighter focus, it's a routine, repetitive motion and all that to channel the mind and energy and whatnot. Also it's something they've been doing practically their whole lives and that familiarity might be good in a situation like this.
