How highly does Calzaghe's ATG ranking increase due to Froch struggling with Kessler?

Totally agree, and don't you think experience makes fighters better. You could say Kesslers experience / ring IQ was better when he fought Carl compared to when he fought Joe.

I think Calzaghes ATG ranking was secured long before Froch lost to Kessler.
Calzaghe had beaten many top SMWs. Even fighters like Sheika he beat, had beaten Johnson who Froch fought.
Wins over Eubank, Mitchell, Brewer, undefeated Lacy, Veit, undefeated Kessler, Woodhall, Reid even Bika who were all top 10 rated and had been, become or were world champs.
Frochs best SMW win is arguably a faded Kessler, then possibly undefeated Bute, which I rate as a good win, but it isnt close to Calzaghes resume.

How has Froch operated at the same level?
Who has Froch beaten as good as prime undefeated Kessler, or Eubank?

You could. You could also say he didnt have that undefeated fighters confidence, was coming off a loss first time they fought, was faded and suffering double vision

OK, first off, I think it's a shame the two are brought up in direct comparison to each other so often since their styles differ so much. Of course JC will dominate some fighters CF would struggle a bit with and vice versa. Why the hate for either?
It's like complaining that M.Tyson can't fight like B.Hop and using it as a stick to beat him with i.e. stupid.

Your second set of questions is a bit 'troll-like' and obviously weighted in favour of zig-zagh so I'm going to politely refuse to engage.
If you can't see 'how' two successful world champion boxers are operating on the same level of competition i.e. beating belt holders, defending against legit challengers etc then only God can help you, not me I'm afraid.

Who has Froch beaten that's as good as someone else.......well.......I haven't boxed Froch, Kessler, Byron Mitchel, Eubank, Eubank Jr or Usuf Mack so I can't hope to tell you. Sorry like.

I can only suggest becoming a successful and dedicated boxer yourself and using your informed objectivity.

    Good luck with that.......:good

Doesn't make any difference to Joe's ranking. Makes a difference to Carl's though.

So you think prime is all about age :patsch. Look at how N Hamed wasnt the same at 27. Kessler has had serious eye problems, many injuries and is not the same fighter and it seems has been semi retired for a while
