I'm sure at some point (in fact, many times) Norma did pass out drunk on her couch - which, if the entire surface was as laden with pooch dookie as is rumored, does mean some made its way past those sultry lips. :think

The 80s were a fairly good decade for music. I don't understand people who get hung up on bad pop bands.

    80s
1980 Ozzy Osbourne- Crazy Train (metal)

1980 George Jones- He Stopped Loving Her Today (country)
    1981 Rush- Tom Sawyer (rock)
1982 The Clash- Straight to Hell (punk)
1982 Iron Maiden- Run to the Hills (metal)
1982 Grandmaster Flash- The Message (hip hop)
1982 George Thorogood- Bad to the Bone (blues rock)
    1983 Dio- Holy Diver (metal)
    1984 Saxon- Crusader (metal)
    1984 Michael Jackson- Thriller (pop)
1984 Run DMC- Rock Box (hip hop)
1984 Bruce Springsteen- Born in the USA (rock)
1985 Billy Bragg- The World Turned Upside Down (punk folk)
    1985 Anthrax- Madhouse (metal)
    1985 The Highwaymen- Highwayman (country)
    1986 Megadeth- Peace Sells (metal)
1987 Guns N Roses- Sweet Child o' Mine (rock)
1988 Poison- Every Rose Has It's Thorn (rock)
1988 Big Daddy Kane- Ain't No Half Steppin' (hip hop)
1988 Jane's Addiction- Jane Says (rock)
    1988 Danzig- Mother (metal)
1989 Public Enemy- Fight the Power (hip hop)
1989 Pixies- Wave of Mutilation (UK Surf) (rock)

Imagine not having fights like Pemberton-Shieka and Ward-Augustus? Sorry, but I just cant. Stars have to start somewhere.

I'm primarily a metal head, but a music lover in general, I listen to everything, I've actually seen both George Jones and Ozzy in concert, how's that for eclectic.

    1. How do stars become stars? The cream rises to the top and the process of that happening mainly comes from on boxer separating himself from others by continuously defeating increasingly skilled and accomplished opponents until that boxer is considered "the star"

    2. No boxing would not be better if only "stars" fought each other. Usually in locally promoted events the best fights are when two evenly matched journeymen are matched against each other. Watching an up and comer or hometown hero demolish a tomato can doesn't provide much excitement.
