What make you think vada can't be bought out? Hell they work with conte anything is possible . Rios claimed they were shady as hell, that they asked a rep of Manny's testing and the rep claimed he hasn't been tested and Rios had already been tested multiple times.

And this whole thing about "paying to keep records secret" is from a article with "inside sources" lawyers confirmed Floyd paid to basically not show up and just settle it. His ego was too big to even bother with this wuss of a case by PAC. His usada records were public, his medical records like everyone else's remain private and its evey body's right to keep them private idiot.
