    On Dan Rafael's blog, regarding GGG and how Cotto will do whatever he wants and if the plan is to not fight GGG, he can have the belt.

    Cotto, relinquish the title you have no intention of defending.

    Yeah as much as I would like to see the fight I don't think Cotto has any intention of fighting Golovkin

    Leave the belt in the case Miguel. Nobody gives a damn about you defending a middleweight belt that you want to defend at 155. Anyway, Golovkin will destroy him. I take nothing out of Cotto but Martinez was shot. There's nothing left to prove IMO for Cotto. In fact, he should thank God to have accomplished this after being destroyed by some lower weight fighters. Time to retire on top I think. But lineal champion...common.
