Lol that is true. Back then Floyd wanted to use USADA but Manny wanted the commissions testing protocol. Now Manny wants VADA but Floyd wants to stay with USADA. Its pretty much the same situation with the same arguments but with the opposite side making them lol

Usada informed both camps and boxing commission of positive result. The shady part was that it was left up to team Garcia to decide whether they wanted to continue the fight. And they did when Morales was retested and the last result came back negative.

Its not usadas fault that boxing commission didn't suspend the fight, and not their fault The choice was left to team Garcia. All they do is test and report.

But of course, some pac**** here creates their own version of things and you guys run with it.

Go back and read, what the commission did was shady. Usada did their part by reporting it, its not up to them to cancel a fight.

USADA did more than their part by retesting over and over again until their customer gets a negative result. That alone is very shady. You seemed to also skip answering why USADA drstroyed Quillin and Winky's samples after getting it.
