    It would have required GBP to be the promoter for both fighters since Cotto is a free agent and isn't a licensed promoter.

    He's angry because he lost his second biggest cash cow (although Cotto hasn't officially been a TR fighter for several years.)

    I still find it perplexing as to why he didn't take the Alvarez fight. He has to be one of the very few guys in the history of the sport to reject a guaranteed 8 figure payday.

    Mayweather did the same for the second Oscar fight. Those guys have egos that allow them to put "principle" over money.

    Which top rank guys are on Cottos radar?

    I'm actually asking but as far as I know there aren't that many big fights against Top rank guys for Cotto

    Bradley and Rios were names that were dropped but those were **** fights anyway
