No he should not move up. Did you want Haggler to move up? Nahh he should stay in his current weight and dominate it.

When did I say he should come back to 160? He's proven to be the best there now it's time to test the waters elsewhere.

Ban bet right here. If all of those fights happen in the next 12 months I'll leave forever, if they don't you're gone. How does that sound.

he has Lemieux, Quillin, Lee, Saunders or even N'Dam from the top MW's he's yet to fight

at 168 he has a Froch on the verge of calling it quits, an inactive Ward and who else? punching bag Chavez who will still be killing himself to make 168?

exactly, they won't give him any credit, they'll say he should move up to 175 with his HW power and stop picking on SMW's :yep

Triple G needs to move up to light heavyweight. middleweights duck him, super middleweights duck him. i need my craving for him to be in a competitive fight right fricken now, dammit jim. either that or i'll huff and i'll puff and i'll create a bunch of dumb threads on a forum.

    Marvin's circumstances were different.

He couldn't move up a division.

I hope GGG moves up, and I think he will, but not this year.

Do you think he would beat them or they would beat him?

The only thing Golovkin cleans out is a box full of TOMATO CANs...

    Froch
    Ward
    Bika
    Dirrell x2
    Abraham
    Grooves
    Degale
    Jcc

All are more impressive wins than any mw or blown up 154 pounder. I would like I see Lemieux but if he moved up I'd live without it. To put it simply, beating a good fighter at smw is better than beating a good fighter at mw

In other words you don't think it'll happen so why even bring it up. We know 2/3 are afraid and Canelo hasn't fought at 160. This scenario will never happen in the next 12 months and I doubt it'll ever happen.

Again you've made some great points here.

GGG isn't a big guy who's too big for MW, and I agree that he could possibly make JMW.

Which is why I can't agree with you in that he would easily take out Andre Dirrell and James Degale at SMW.

    Again, I respect your opinion.

But how does he easily take out two 6ft southpaws, who possess great skills, great speed, who weigh in as LHW's, who also possess superior reach advantages etc?

Froch- on the verge of retirement, but both would want the fight, I'd have no problem with GGG fighting Froch in a one fight trip to 168
Ward- inactive for 16 months and counting, no fanbase and no reward fight

Bika- now at 175 set to fight Stevenson in April

the Dirrells- same as Ward except they are active

Abraham- has a 4th fight with Stieglitz set/ German super fight with Sturm set

Groves- needs to get back on track after getting mauled by Froch

Degale- nothing close to a big money fight at this point for GGG

JCC- can't even make 168 :rofl

:rofl chavez jr is a good fighter lol good one.chavez jr is just a name groves is not that good and degale is just a prospect abraham is old and past his prime bika and dirells are with gaymon so that's not happening.ward and froch are the only good fights at 168 that are worth moving up for.:deal
