If Choynski comes in over 175 Foster can't win. There are only a few things that are certain on this board: Dempsey always loses to the black guy, Napoles always gets cut, and Bob foster loses to the heavyweight.
Hard to predict. Foster's range and power is tough for anyone to overcome at 175 pounds, but Choynski had quick feet and hands with the power to take Foster out. I would pick Foster as Choynski himself didn't have the best set of whiskers and has a losing record vs. the punchers he fought from 165-195 in Fitz, Maher, McCoy and Sharkey.
Very hard to say both men could bang and both have been stopped. Choynski Ko'd some big named heavyweight
This is a very interesting fight. Foster couldnt really take a heavyweight punch at the top level. Choynski, despite only really being a middleweight, proved that he had a big punch at the very top level with many heavyweights rating him the biggest puncher ever. This would be interesting to see whether Foster is preying Choynski or Choynski is preying on foster. The answer to this question might just tell us whether or not fosters failings against the bigger fighters are more mental than physical. Choynski, even an old one, has beaten better fighters than Bob Foster (by this i mean Jack Johnson). Foster, despite being far more dominant at Light heavy than Choynski ever was never really beat a light heavyweight who was any better than Choynski. I think you have to give Choynski a slight edge here.
L R. Many a truth is said in jest ! Not only Dempsey loses to a black guy on this board, but Dempsey loses to Butterbean...atsch
