    Tough call tbh.

If I had to guess, I'd say Froch in UK. But they would likely be similar... vs Chavez, Jr would take bulk PPV and the Mexican license - but GGG would get the Euro/Asian. Vs Froch it would be the same but territory would be reversed with GGG taking the HBO/Mexican license and Froch the buk of Euro.

Guaranteed purses probably be similar in either case, leaning toward UK being bigger because the overall fight revenue would probably be bigger.

Tricky one to really figure out without solid figures.

But when they were negotiating a fight last year for Golovkin/Chavez Jr I believer they were offering Chavez Jr $7 million and Golovkin $2 million. Though Golovkin is a bigger name now so might make a little bit more now.

Groves made £2 million which is about $3 million though he only got 20% of the purse Golovkin may take a higher share of the split as Froch/Groves 2 was meant to have been a 85/15 split as mandated by the IBF.

Kessler got £2.5 million which is about $3.75 million.

Maybe it will be one more fight for gololvkin to become a big draw but I'd say they could get big interest in this fight. Sky sports would hype it something serious

hard to say as it depends on how far Triple G has to bend over to coax one of them into the ring. Chavez already turned down huge dough and ducked him.

As Hearn said this fight currently doesn't make financial sense but Golovkin is on the cusp of s****om. If he can get Cotto or Canelo in the ring with him and beat one of them then the fight suddenly becomes feasible and a big money fight.

At the moment Froch is the only one bringing in big TV money behind him if Golovkin can get some money behind him from HBO as well then I expect the fight to be made, both clearly have no fear and both believe they can win.

They know it can be bigger, but I still think it would be a big enough fight right now. They'd market it well. Froch doesn't have too long left I think he'd be better of gettin it now. Ggg might not fight anybody good next too

over 100 countries watched Triple G's last fight. you'd be hard pressed to find a boxing fan who isn't aware he's a monster and a fight with Froch would be epic. i think Hearn is talking out of his ass. they want to land an easier opponent for same money.

in fact, outside of Britain i'd say Triple G is better known than Froch. and after the Macklin & Murray beatings he's damn well known there too.

More bs from the ggg nut huggers. Please show me a link to prove over 100 countries watched his last fight. Very few sports events can boast of over 100 country coverage.

World cup, Olympics and at a stretch maybe tennis and f1 yes aside from that you will struggle to get anything else

that's what Loeffler, his promoter said and i think there was a scene article about it, among other sources. i'm too busy and disinterested to get you an affidavit from every country though.

Chavez in the US because they would also get PPV money from HBO.

HBO have gone on record saying that Froch-GGG is not a PPV fight, but Chavez vs either is.
