No. This has been explained for half a decade already.

 

You have no case. Pac was dealing w/ a megalomaniac who had already demanded top billing, at a time when Pac's star was arguably brighter than Floyd's, and the drug testing demands came before a very public and hateful smear campaign (the way to get someone to not do something is to insult)... regardless, 24 days is not enough time to dope, benefit, and cycle it out, especially when 7 days is fight week and Pac agreed to do UNLIMITED urine testing.

It goes in this order:

1) Roidquez (hired Memo, lied about it, blew up w/ muscle, increased his punching power, showed up w/ acne)

2) Mayweather (paid Pac to keep his USADA contract details private, ducked VADA for this fight)

 

There is a nice amount of circumstantial evidence against Pac...but one of the most damaging pieces of evidence is Freddie Roach's testimony regarding Ariza's shakes.

You completely missed the point of his rant. He was calling Ariza a disrespectful **** because Ariza thought he was above Roach and didn't feel he had to answer to him. Roach was saying that Ariza is shady because Ariza refused to answer questions, not the contents of the shakes.

If Ariza was giving PEDs to Pac, TR/Roach/Pac would worship him and walk around on egg shells, not publicly and ruthlessly attack him and exile him from the entire group.

I would say that would be the case had Roidquez not hired Memo. Then the acne and chest boils pretty confirmed that Roidquez is a doping cheat. Not a single soul in the universe actually believes Roidquez was clean. KO6 has a gigantic asterisk next to it, much like ARod's entire career.
