No, you are completely wrong. It was Pacquiao's style (not just his power, combined together) that put fear into them. If you could discourage Clottey by simply hitting really hard then Margarito wouldn't have lost the first several rounds to him before Clottey got injured. Clottey laughed at Margarito's power. Pacquiao had the blinding speed and overwhelming style to go with that power, that was the difference and that's what put Clottey into his shell and busted Cotto up. If you deconstruct the elements to just power, however, no Pacquiao doesn't hit any harder than extra-large welterweight punchers like Margarito or even a normal size one like Judah.
Yes it was his style but also his power a combination. Judah relies on putting all his might into his uppercut to hurt someone but pac can hurt you with both hands including the uppercut. I was never impressed about Judah's power at all he has very good speed though that's incidentally what his known for not his power.

I agree it was a combination of pac's speed and power that kept clottey at bey. Mosley who has been hit by pac and many other elite fighters has said it was the hardest he has ever been hit. One thing i am sure of is judah's power is not comparable to Pac and i stand by this.

Judah has equal power to Pacquiao for CERTAIN punches, Pacquiao has power and hits you more often and after the 4th round which is why people fold against Pacquiao. Judah in the 2nd round is a COMPLETELY different fighter then Judah in the 8th round.
That's anther good point i forgot to mentions Pac's power is the same from the early round to the last.
