He doesn't deserve a high rank at welter imo. Pacquiao, Provo, Marquez, and Chavez. Pacquiao is a small welter, Provo and Marquez aren't career welters, they are blown up Jr welters. The only real welters he fought are Pac and Chavez, and he hasn't done well in either of those fights.

For better or worse, it's because of his resume at 140 which is exceptional.

It doesn't matter if Pacquiao is a small WW, he's still one of the best WW's in the world.

No doubt, but Bradley lost both fights. Losing doesn't gain you rank.

Fighters with exceptional resumes are usually given a top free spot at the ratings when they move up one divison.

For instance, Holyfield was named the #2 HW without a single HW fight because of his CW run.

Bradley cemented his WW spot with the official win over #2 Pac, and than new #2 Marquez.

He officially won one of those fights which does gain you rank.

Look at all the other welterweights records and compare their records to Bradleys record. Then you will see why. Obviously PAC and mays are better though. But no one else's is as good as bradleys

According to reports , he got out of one round of sparring with Raymi, which makes him p4p

Well if we're talking official then he's 3-1-1 at 147. I haven't scored the Chavez fight so that one aside I have him 2-2. Provo and Marquez aren't even real welters, they're a bunch of JR welters fighting at welterweight.

And I'm not discrediting Bradley or saying he shouldn't be well ranked, just at 147, his record is kind of garbage. That's like Canelo fighting Josesito Lopez at 154 lbs, useless.

    Just my opinion, no disrespect.
