Oh please. A three-division champ? He fought Vincente Rodriquez for a vacant WBO Super Featherweight belt. He fought Antonio DeMarco for a WBC Lightweight belt. And he fought Paulie Malignaggi for a WBA Welterweight belt.

It's not like he beat Alexis Arguello for the Super Featherweight belt, Roberto Duran for the lightweight belt and Thomas Hearns for the welterweight belt.

Sean O'Grady could've been a three-division champ fighting those mopes Broner faced.

I'm sure Broner can be a four-division champ if he fights for vacant WBO belts.

I don't have a problem with Broner at all. He's a fine fighter. He's definitely not a runner. He brags and dresses like a flashy boxer, but he's really just stalking puncher. His problem is as the level of his competition has increased, his knockouts have gone away.

He should enjoy the million-dollar paychecks he's getting now. Because I think his primary role going forward will be the guy everyone enjoys watching getting his head beat in. And it's going to start happening more often.

He's about the eighth or ninth best fighter at 140. At welter, he doesn't crack the top 10. As far as lightweights, I'd take Omar Figueroa over him right now.

And Haymon is going to throw him in with all of them, and he's going to lose to nearly all. It's not going to be pretty.

I think calling Maidana "legit" is generous, Maidana was taken apart by Devon ****ing Alexander.

You know, all this talk of concocting an "image" of being a villain would be fine and all. Problem is, he's not as good as he thinks he is. Mayweather acts like an a**hole, image or not, but he has the skills to back up his talk. The next time Broner faces someone who actually punches back, he will have a very tough time.

You should see the comments coming from his camp last year about waiting for Garcia to move on so he can fight for another vacant title. :patsch

Got nothing against him as a fighter; I think he's very good (though not in the top 5 of a division for me personally). It's just the way he carries himself, all this 'about billions' nonsense is so gauche. Mayweather annoys me with his Team Money nonsense, but he's made unfathomable amounts of money so it has a little credence.

That being said, I wouldn't be wholly surprised if Broner puts a lot of the arrogance on just to help promote himself. If so, it certainly works as a lot of people watch to see him get KO'd

The haters of Broner are the ones who make him rich. They tune in in hopes of seeing him humbled. I'm sure Broner appreciates the support.
