He's spitting fire. I've never seen him so worked up. Honestly, I don't think he's ever badmouthed an opponent, ever. He's making an exception for Mayweather though.... I really don't think these dudes like each other, hah.

Let me also add, he sounds very intelligent when he's able to speak in his own vernacular. But, that's neither here not there. Listen to what he has to say.... [from Philboxing] The interview is by Aquiles Z. Zonio.

"His defense is not totally flawless. I know I can hit him. All I need is patience, timing and blinding speed."

Pacquiao says he still has the punching power that he had when he fought Cotto, Margarito, Oscar.

"In terms of defense, Mayweather is a lot better compared to those boxers[ODLH, Cotto, Margarito]. But, I believe my punching power and speed would confuse him. Once he is hit, he would feel it. He has not yet tasted the punching power of someone like me. During his fight with Marcos Maidana, I noticed that his knees are no longer there. He could no longer run as fast and as quick as during his younger days. I knew I can hit [him]."

"My place in boxing history is already secured. I have tasted defeat, and I’m not afraid to face it again. Experiencing a setback is part of the harsh realities in life- something which Mayweather has not experienced as a fighter. Mayweather has never experienced defeat in his boxing career. So, the pressure is on him. He is an arrogant fighter. But in this fight, he will be humbled. Floyd is an epitome of a proud fighter who believes that nobody can beat him. You know me. I am respectful and humble. I don’t brag because I know by reading the Bible that without God we are nothing. [then shares Bible verse from Daniel 5:20] 'But when his heart was lifted up and his spirit became so proud that he behaved arrogantly, he was deposed from his royal throne and his glory was taken away from him.'”

Press conference is gunna be funnnnnnn :hat

i actually prefer if Pac sticks to his guns and doesn't change too much before this fight, he can put undue pressure on himself. Also the whole business of singing as he walks into the ring seems like a distraction to me.

I know that religion is the best friend of a simple mind, but I really wish he found it AFTER he fought May. His vicious killer instinct made him so much more dangerous back when he didn't quote the bible.

Yes, this would be fun. One trash talking and the other one quoting verses from the scripture.

Can't blame him. Mayweather (in Pac's mind) is sitting on his throne (#1 P4P). Mayweather ruined his reputation to a lot of the public/people by accusing him of steroids. Mayweather has gone on racist rants, calling him a dog eater, midget, puss*iao, a b****, so on so forth. Mayweather makes fun of him on social media by posting vids of him getting knocked out, calling him "Ms. Pacquiao", old, ridiculing his PPV numbers. Mayweather is arrogant. He's prideful. He's flashy. He's boastful. He cheats on women. He beats women. He's egotistical. He's literally everything Pacquiao hates, haha.

That's why this fight is going to be fun! Mayweather is going to straight up beat him down with words. Floyd will rip his soul apart if Pac tries to trash talk him face to face. Lol. Can't wait.

He was already a Christian when KO6 happened. I would not say he lost his appetite for a knock out on that fight because he was looking for it before he fell asleep.

Don't worry. This fight will bring back a killer instinct you've never seen. People from his camp are saying Pacquiao is taking this fight to a religious level. He believes he has to beat Floyd for the sake of the world, lol.

"I like to knockout those who are disrespectful." - Pac speaking on Floyd on Max and Marcellus.

I know!! I'm going to be on a flight to Florida for the first half of the conference. I'm praying they have internet, or I will straight up die.

I'd expect him to be smarter than to be stuck up with a 2000 year old myth, but who cares, as long as he turns Mayweather into Febweather, I'm good.

Doesn't really come off as trash talk to me. Floyd is arrogant he does this on purpose so its no diss. I'm glad Manny has confidence.

Imagine on the press conf one of them pulled a Chisora on the other and threw a slap right in the face. It'd be like watching a Calzaghe fight all over again.

It's not the "you're easy work, you're a b****, I'm going to stomp your a**" trash talk that Floyd uses, but hey... it's as close as we are probably going to get to Manny trash talking, lol.
