Yeah but I expect Porter to be just as good as he was before He hardly took any punishment at all in that fight And Porter doesn't seem mentally weak so I don't think his confidence is shot
Brook did also lay down quite a straight forward blueprint, however... I do think he'd beat Berto but doubt he'll ever win a world title again.
To be fair, I'd say not a lot of guys have the tools to do what Brook did Lesser guys would have been overwhelmed
Never liked Berto but his performances against Quintana and losing effort vs Ortiz were pretty good and he gave his all vs Guerrero with some puffed up eyes. Berto is tough and despite many criticisms of his career he faced plenty of tough fighters almost like a Jermaine Taylor, 2 guys on HBO around the same time with a lot of hype but never lived up to it but still had great ability if not fulfilled Berto is injury prone and cuts and swells, if he stays healthy during the fight he has a good shot
I've noticed he's only won one fight against a low level fighter since he got caught juicing.....:think
Josesito gonna come out swinging for the fences and drop him and stop him in the first round like The Ghost and Vicious Victor only now I doubt poor Berto has the powers of recovery he used to have.
