Yes, he is very talented, but hard work make anyone special. Sometime it happen that something uncertain happen like we seen three days ago. May be he underestimated Zolani.

zolani is very good, and proven. butler thought his talent would be enough, but tete has more talent. butler didn't attack the body, that's what you do with beanpoles like that, although easier said than done.

It always happens, they get to a certain level with a trainer and then they've never lost using that trainer so keep him but then they come up well short at world level.

Lee Haskins and James ****ens would have been ideal sparring partners. He should have been in with more southpaws before Tete. His footwork was all wrong and his reach too short for attempting hooks.
Paul's a great fighter. Best of luck to him

Tete was very good, butler lost to a top fighter. That uppercut KO was a sweet finisher. I would like to see Butler v Jamie Conlan that would be a great match up.

Come on Fra.....Conlon is not great, in fairness, is he?

    Butler beats him easily IMO.

Yes butler wins for me......think they are both highly ranked with WBO be a good fight....butler is super talented, move up a weight against a much much bigger man in his backyard and win a world title, british and commonwealth champ all in under 16 fights.....not many others I can think of with that record, came up against a guy that was just too big and too rangy who thought a punch perfect fight....he will 100percent win a world title at super fly....all about experience now and picking the right guys to fight.

Jamie has it for me. He's now a full time boxer at MGM. It would be a great fight though.

Paul should have faced more British opposition before moving onto world honours. Does he still have the BBBofC? Since 2012?
