Lol all brook needs to do is time Khan a couple times and with brook being one of the best boxers in the world when it comes to timing (no exaggeration), you would be seriously stupid to think brook will not catch khan at least once.

Remember you can't improve a chin.

I think either guy has the quality to beat each other on any given night.

Brook has the edge in power and Amir Khan has a weak chin. So, if you put two and two together then Brook knocks out Amir Khan.

It doesn't always work out that way, though. I wish it did because i would've made a lot of money on the power puncher winning every time.

Can anyone name me a boxer with a reputation as a puncher that Khan has faced since Garcia.

    Exactly.

People act as though he has improved greatly under Virgil yet ignore the fact he hasn't dealt with his kryptonite issue.

He can't keep cherrypicking non-punchers like Alexander.

There is talk of Khan fighting at the end of May - Hearn has Wembley booked for June 13. A career-high purse turned down for the sake of 14 days? Or is Khan afraid of Kell's "Chocolate brownie" right-hand?

If your fighter comes off of a KO, you don't exactly hurry to put him in with a puncher. I'm not convinced anyone can describe Kell Brook as a 'puncher' anyway to be honest. He isn't feather fisted but let's not get carried away

Why do people suddenly think Khan has turned into Pernell Whitaker since he's joined Virgil? Just based on beating Collazo & Alexander  Brook wins

When Alexander entered the Khan fight he was 25 - 2 (14KO). So that's over half his victories ended in a stoppage. Over half. He may not be a banger, but describing him as a non puncher is a bit strong.

Amir Khan has improved under Hunter no doubt, anyone who says otherwise either knows nothing about boxing or is just being anti khan in their opinion. Khan brings speed, workrate and throws bunches of punches, has more experience in general but not in the welterweight division. Brook brings much better timing, better defense, better footwork, much more punch power and a better chin. That's how i see it, and that's how i think Brook will win even though Khan has improved.

Really? In comparison with Khan, Brook's footwork seems quite mechanical, flat footed even. Fine if you are counter punching against an offence-minded fighter like Porter or Carson Jones, but against a mover like Khan this will show up as a weakness.

He is not flat footed, does have better footwork than Khan. You get the more obvious flashy footwork from Khan, but Brook does brilliant little steps that put him in control of opponent sso they just miss with most of their shots but he is still near enough to counter and land. Just like against Porter, watch tape and watch how often Porter throw punches and missed by only an inch or two and Kell countered him sweat as a nut ! Khan style not to get hit is effective at the moment to, go in hit opponent with quick flurry and get on his bike, difference is whilst he throws quick flurrys Brook will land because of his footwork and reflexes

Yes, but those little steps and reflexes will only let Brook avoid the first one or two punches from Khan. What about the following two or three? The Alexander fight showed that Khan dominates a decent, defensively-minded fighter because he throws in bunches of four or five, not one or two. The first two might miss or be blocked but the others get through.

Suspect chin aside, this ability to use combination punches as part of an offensive strategy is what makes Khan a formidable opponent. I don't know of another fighter that does this.

You still wouldnt last a round with any of them?

Billy please arrange sparring between Dave Brophy and Solaris and film it!

Khan wins beacause on his footwork getting in and out of range and landing at will exsposing brooks defence.

Thats Hearn blowing smoke, Khans camp have denied of any talks. Brook fans need to realise, even Hearn who has been campaigning for this fight relentlessly realised Khan was right to go after manny and Floyd and now has come to his senses and understands that the turn over time is too little. Why can't Brook fans get this in their thick heads? The fight is not possible for June 13th, so many things can go wrong before hand, its just not enough time to prepare and promote.

Khan has said over and over again that he'll fight Kell at the end of this year or May next year, so what is the fuss about?
