Kovalev/Pascal: No drug testing?

    There will be no drug testing for this upcoming bout but the Quebec boxing commission has mandatory pre and post fight testing protocols in place. How is this possible? The host commission has autonomy and their rules must be followed when a fight occurs in their jurisdiction or a more comprehensive testing regimen is agreed to by both parties.


    In addition: Pascal demanded that Hopkins "Take da test" before their second fight. Referring to Hopkins undergoing a stringent pre and post fight protocol under the auspices of VADA.

    So what is Pascal's angle here? He must have some intrinsic advantage how this is structured. Will the testing default back to the Quebed commissions standards where they quite likely lose the home fighters sample while going through the visiting fighters sample with extra scrutiny? Or will this truly be a level playing field where either fighter can take whatever they want?

    has kovalev ever been OFF roids? has ggg? ...this will only level the playing field for pascal. Now, I'm even MORE sure Kovalev gets KTFO.

    Kovalev wanted WADA but Pascal refused...he wanted USADA since he is working with HeROIDia. After that, he says that he wants to help clean up the sport...:patsch

    Pascal called for additional testing and then Kovalev/Duva wanted VADA. Suddenly Pascal didn't want additional testing anymore....

    I thought Kovalev wanted VADA and Pascal wanted WADA. Pascal agreed to pay for the testing, then backed out when Kovalev mentioned VADA...!!!
