I was going to say this yesterday, they both looked out of sorts but Pac looked shook bad. He could not keep still, looking at him I understood the saying, "shaking in his boots" During the stare down it would be hard for Floyd to notice Pac's body like it was at the distant camera angle we had, and I knew once Floyd saw it would boost his confidence about the fight. Then we hear this...man this fight is going to suck. I'll have more fun laughing at "the deer in the headlights" look on Pac, more than anything else.
Are you kidding me? Pac looked like he wanted to burst out in laughter during the staredown. :rofl If you keep track of Pac during staredowns, he doesn't take them seriously. C'mon now. Floyd was the one who wasn't as menacing as he usually is during those kinds of things.
Manny looked like he just came back from Panda Express and Floyd all fidgety like he drank a gallon of coffee when he only had a small. But by the time they spoke on the podium, the ice was broken, esp with Uncle Bob's short history lesson and wisecracking. atsch
floyd looked worried, manny pacqauio worried, i very much doubt it......he is the most laid back guy out there...... he was laughing and joking after he got knocked out by marquez.
Thank you....even Floyd fans said the same thing! Manny looked shocked bad? dude was trying not to laugh how's that being shocked!...Floyd look concerned even one of his TMT guys said that!
You do understand that smiling can be also be construed as showing fear or trying to mask it? The body and the eyes are the hardest place to hide fear, I saw his body, and it reeked of fear. Floyd saw his eyes and said they full of fear which coincides of with what I seen of his body, which makes me believe Floyd believe Floyd, and I wish it weren't true because the I only care about seeing a good fight. Sad to say, it's just not looking like that's gonna come to pass.
Dude go have a COLD ONE!...Your crazy if you couldn't see the look on Floyd's face! I bet you believe floyd was drinking a small cup of coffee that long to huh! LMAO!
That's just Floyd projecting. I don't think much of Manny but I think he has a good chance for the upset.
I'm not saying Floyd is scared, but between the two, Manny seemed like he was his usual self. Floyd, maybe in attempt to be professional and respectable, seemed pretty off. It almost seemed as if he was about to cry, maybe speaking in front of a worl wide audience made him nervous, wouldn't blame him tbh
Why? Manny already lost and has been knocked out. He's the underdog. If anything all the pressure is on Floyd's shoulders.
If anybody thinks Pacquiao isn't worried, just because he has losses already, you're kidding yourself. Both fighters have something to lose, Pacquiao has put an undue amount of pressure on themselves. Pacquiao is the fighter of the decade, he's carrying the weight of an entire nation, he's already suggested that he's some sort of spiritual favorite (which is interesting considering it looks like his mother is practicing a DIFFERENT kind of religion), he's said he not as worried about Mayweather as he was Cotto and DLH, maybe, but the circumstances were very different, Mayweather won't be at a catchweight, he's been more outspoken in this fight, than he's has any other that I can remember. My opinion is, he's supremely confident, which I don't doubt, or underestimating Mayweather, or possibly feeling the pressure because his actions are out of character from what I've seen of him. As for the stare down, usually don't put much stock in them, but Mayweather did sound nervous to me during the press conference, but the actual staredown, Pacquiao looked very uncomfortable when they were face to face. Pacquiao's mouth was open the whole time, he was wavering back and forth and fidgetty, if you noticed Mayweather beat him to the mark and was already in STAREDOWN position, while Pacquiao was still trying to find the mark, and at the end Pacquiao turned away, and had a very uncomfortable look on his face, in fact the smirk Pacquiao had on his face look more like he was in awe, just my 2 cents.
