Surprisingly competitive fight. Harper did well to get out of the first round, made the mistake of trading with the bigger puncher, though he started of well, pummeling Arreola on the ropes.

The 4th round was terrible for Arreola, rocked twice and was eating punches like he usually eats candy. He's one loss away from being a journeymen based upon this performance.

Costa put up some good rds vs solid prospects, and was just a yr or so ago touted as a tough prospect himself.

Like Nasciemento, the S American toughguys are somehwat one dimensional, and they lose regularly on the B level.

Boystov needs confidence building fights to get him motivated to get back to the borderline elite level he was at when he was 25.

This one might be the one to do the trick. If he can bang and hang with Costa, he might get his power back, which might lead him to focus on recovering his handspeed and footwork.:good

 

You gotta remember that before FAME, the Duke was a highly motivated and very committed young pro.
It wasnt til the Rocky movie and the 5 million he made for it, that he started downhill in the eyes of the public.
