Yea the difference is if the ref in the pac fight stopped the fight it would of been legit because pac did that all himself he didnt target a damage eye he caused the damage himself by beating it to a pulp

margos eye already started swelling early against cotto it WAS DAMAGED AND BROKEN ALREADY BY PAC nothing to do with cotto even if paulie was punching margo he would of got the fight stopped because of its history

Giving no credit to Cotto for "forcing a stoppage" over Margarito, separate from the value of the win itself, would be like giving no credit to anyone who knocked out a weak-chinned-fighter by a punch to the jaw. Because, according to boxing_master, that would have nothing to do with what the fighter did and only with what the weak-chinned-fighters' parents gave him genetically.

Did you read the opening line of my post?

    Apparently not.

There is many ways to measure size. I asked the thread starter to clarify but he never did. So I gave recent examples of each variation of "size."

You should just admit you misunderstood my posts, overreacted, and then call it a day. You're looking even dumber somehow.

Seriously dude you are trying to put cotto stoppage over margo in the same breath as pac beating up margo:patsch

THE DOCTOR STOPPED THE FIGHT BECAUSE THE EYE HAD HISTORY OF DAMAGE AND HE DIDNT WANT TONI TO GET IT PERMANENTLY DAMAGED

I know why Cotto/Margarito II was stopped. It was from the massive swelling and damage to his eye. Fighters get stopped that way all the time; it's a very common means of TKO defeat.

They both tried to force the stoppage. Cotto actually forced the stoppage. They are in the same breath because they occurred one year apart and both victories were one sided and both were over an unranked (and nowhere close to being ranked) opponent.

I would rate Pac's as a better win because he did it one year sooner. It takes a lot for me to value a win that happened later more, especially when they were both equally one sided.

cotto didnt try anything at all he did was keep touching and rubbing against the eye that pac broke to a bluddy pulp if anything pac should also get credit for cottos wins and he should!

cotto has to thank pacqauio for breaking that orbital bone

I think that Mayweather has really only been the smaller man three times: De La Hoya, Alvarez, Corrales. Pacquiao has also only really been smaller than maybe five of his opponents. Margarito, De La Hoya, Mosley, Rios, Clottey.

You are a wild troll, eh?

Well then Pac and Cotto's win should then default over to Mosley for ripping Margarito's soul out of his body and pounding the flesh of his face, including the orbital area (woah are you a doctor all of a sudden and going to tell me you were in Margarito's camp and saw X-rays pre-Pac fight to prove that it was ONLY Pac that messed up his eye? No Mosley, no sparring wars???).

Sorry, but I don't think like a ret ard.

By boxing fukits logic, morales gets no credit for beating jesus chavez primarily relying on the uppercut because floyd really showed us before how vulnerable he was to it. Its a tko by proxy lol

Nor has Pac personally thanked Mosley.

Norton never thanked Frazier. Marciano never thanked Ezzard. Hagler never thanked Leonard. Morales never thanked Singsurat.

You can't possibly believe any of what you're saying. You are a TROLL, son... Hope anybody who read the thread enjoyed my stupid ass conversation with this schmuck.

This is the ideal thread to show how little anything boxing_master says means.
