They are all using PED's.

All athletes on the top level (spare for perhaps some obscure entire individual sports).

The fact that they chose usada speaks volumes I've always suspected floyd is a PED cheat and choosing to use usada proves it.

VADA is worse. VADA is like the ex-fbi/attorney generals who start their own business to help the criminals because there is more money. where as USADA tests our olympic athletes who get tested overseas

 

So this guy wrote (with a straight face?) that his reasons for suspecting this might happen are ... the way Floyd talked during the announcement press conference (apparently because he didn't beat his chest and bellow to the skies?) and a sly smile he saw on Floyd's face when he shook hands with Arum.

Oh, and another boxer said he'd be happy to step in as a replacement if for some reason Pac wasn't able to fight.

Would USADA being suspect void any credibility that other organizations have as well? What makes VADA incorruptible?

 

Why not both? As far as I see Vada caught a lot lately, that's a good sign for me.
