GGG has beat multiple opponents acceptable for vacant title. Paper champs only remain so if they decline to fight anyone. Lineal champs who decline to fight anyone become paper champs.

Wilder beat a guy generally considered legit, so he is not a paper champ either. As long as he fights a real body anyhow.

Both are but certainly Wilder is the bigger "paper" champ.

Golovkin by now has faced opponents who would be worthy of competing for a vacant title (Geale and Murray), so that softens his status as a "paper champ."

But Golovkin still is one by definition when you look into the bogus phoniness of that WBA and IBO titles of his.

Except he didn't. Stiverne was a paper champ, never fought the champ and never defended the title. This makes Wilder a paper champ also.

Wilder is the definition of a paper champ. Look up any dictionary and you will see paper champ and Wilder in the same sentence.

neither. GGG is the best at his division, while wilder is one of the best in his. You're attempt at trying to discrediting GGG is lame.:patsch:patsch
