Pascal made Dawson look slow. Imagine with Kovalev. Dawson was then considered p4p and Pascal exposed him.

The fight with Froch was ages ago and the last time Pascal beat a top 15 fighter was 4-5 years ago. He doesn't deserve this fight and I think it's more of Kovalev wanting a name on his resume. Pascal has a punchers chance but that's it.

Omar Pittman seemed to hurt him in the 7th round of their fight

And he seemed to hurt him again in the dying seconds of the next round too.

B-Hop could've had a couple of KDs counted in his favour in the rematch against him as well, although they looked more like a result of bad balance and Pascal being out of position to me than genuine KDs. That said, technically they were KDs and the referee probably woud've counted them had it not been in Canada (that's just one of the perks that comes with having home advantage. Sergey could find legitimate KDs he scores not counted tomorrow night, as well as ones scored against him that aren't legit). Pascal didn't seem hurt by them though.

However, he did seemed a bit hurt by B-Hop right hands on one or two other occasions in that fight. Pascal has a really good chin but truth be told he's never fought a puncher like Kovalev before and he has been buzzed and hurt a bit by lesser punchers than him.

Good chin or not, how is Pascal's gut? I believe the Krusher has KOd 2 people with JABS to the body. One of the fighters apparently suffered broken ribs from the body punishment. I agree Kovalev may have a questionable chin but I wouldn't want to be the guy that has to punch him in it.

Backing a Kova KO, but I think whoever wins (and Pascal is very much in this, he's one of the top LHW) will win by KO. Hopkins had Kova a little shook at times in their fight so I suspect Pascal can do similar. Props to both for not swerving the other

this should be a rough stylistic matchup for Kovalev until Pascal gasses. I think Kovalev should be favored to win a decision, but by KO. nah. Pascal is a tough out.

I don't care who wins as long as they feast on Superman next.

Yea, that's what I noticed about him from the few fights Ive seen. The guy gasses out all the time. He's with Heredia the doping coach now, so I would not be surprised if his stamina is improved.

He was all over the ring against Omar Pittman, an ESPN level
fighter who essentially was a middleweight. If you didn't just
start watching boxing or only got your cue from ESB articles
    then you'd now that. Dummy

Pascal will make this an interesting fight in the early rounds, and maybe as far as his questionable stamina will reach.

People seem to be forgetting that whilst Kovalev out boxed and out gunned Hopkins, he looked uncomfortable when Nard landed, and given how little Nard threw, Kovalev was blowing out his **** in the later rounds.

This could ened up being a battle of the gas tanks.

Funny how all the people who said Pascal would beat Kovalev are now saying Pascal sucks, and Kovalev should be ashamed it took him 8 rounds to knock him out
