Waiting for boxing rivals to get old...

    Sugar Ray Leonard is credited for waiting for Haglar to get old and slow down before edging him in a closely contested SD victory. While Haglar had slowed down a notch or two, he still was coming off back-to-back wins over Mugabi and Hearns.

    Floyd has been saying ad nauseam "the time is now" without ever clarifying what he means by this, yet we think we all know. He is his own boss, and has been preventing this fight happening since 2009.

    The fact of the matter is that Pacquiao has suffered a brutal KO6 at the hands of an old, blown-up version of a man he beat the **** out of 3 times before. That fight was in 2012 and Pacquaio is going to be an even older version of himself come May 2nd.

    This fight does nothing for Floyd's legacy.

    Lmao at pac beating the **** outta jmm 3 times before....that was great and u said it with a straight face too!

    So if floyd got an injury in camp and doesn't bother to reschedule the fight would u be ok with that ?

    Hi Shockmaster :hi:

    You're probably too new to the sport to have actually have seen the fights. I'm sure you can get them on youtube these days. Give them a watch. Marquez got 2 brutal beatings.

    Ur right....I just started watching boxing Friday night....Andre berto is the p4p goat as far as I'm concerned and also my favorite boxer .....I'll check out those fights tho.....I'll poast my scorecards when I'm done

    To be fair to Lennox, it wasn't his fault Mike decided to **** that vunerable young woman and get sent to prison.

    Floyd is slowing down too .....he lost to maidana remmeber? Sure he wasn't brutally knocked out like pac was but he lost

    we are talking about ring age dummy floyd is also older than ricky hatton:patsch

    fact is pac has been in many wars and his style ages much quicker than mayweathers not to mention he never had a 2 year break ................he suffered a life ending knockout
