    Kovalev is a champion and the people's choice but he is not THE CHAMP. He can raise all the hell he wants but until he beats Stevenson, he is just a warrior prince. Adonis is the King.

    I think a case could have been made had Stevenson beat Hopkins and Kovalev beat Pascal, but since Kovalev beat the 2 other top LHW he has silenced much of the debate.

    Kovalev is, at this time, the top light heavyweight in the world fighting today. Kovalev will fight anyone and anywhere, including in his opponent's home town. SOB Ward will only fight in his home town with his personal referee, judges and boxing commission.................Stevenson refused to fight Kovalev as everyone knows..............the fight with Pascal made Kovalev a better boxing, prepared him for Stevenson. Kovalev soon adjusted to Pascal's looping right hands which is the way Stevenson fights..............
