Roy had more power, speed and skill than Pascal but he didnt had one thing that Pascal has and that his testiscular fortitude, Roy would never take the chances Pascal took, he would go into reluctant Roy mode and would lay on the ropes covering up and not throwing **** back and if there's one thing Kovalev's fights have shown us is that you dont want to get caught on the ropes against him. But anyway Roy would never fight this guy after all he was scared of DM, can you imagine kovalev being afraid of DM :rofl:roflHe would go to Germany and would beat the **** out of DM. Theres a bigger chance that Roy who waited till he was shot to start taking chances in his career would fight Kovalev now than he would in his prime back then he would find some excuse not to fight Kovalev and would keep fighting meaningless mandatory fights against guys with day jobs and putting out ****ty rap songs gloating about some thing he done years ago. :deal

    'Big fan of Roy here...'

    What a joker!

Why would you have wrote that?

Btw, you've now contributed on three threads regarding Roy.

How many more are you going to comment on, whilst telling me that's all I talk about?

Roy Jones wins this easily by being the stronger, more skilled, faster, and better athlete. People imagining what would happen when Kovalev lands a punch on Roy.. imagine what would happen when Roy lands a punch on Kovalev.. Would be something nasty..

    I dread the thought.

He landed lots of punches on overmatched opponents and nothing happened, guys like David Telesco,Lou Del Vale,Shot McCallum etcx and he was scared to let his hands go against the likes of Harding,Griffin and an old McCallum, the only guys he stopped at 175 were bums and even those lasted till the late rounds against reluctant Roy cause even against overmatched bums he was afraid to take chances and you want me to believe that he would come out guns blazing against The Krusher :rofl:rofl This would be Glen Johnson all over again but it would end sooner and the end would be much more brutal.

All I read was "waaahhh waaahhh waahhhh"

Like I've said before. I dread what a prime Roy "Superman" Jones, the best fighter of the 90's and 4 division champion from Middleweight to Heavyweight does when his American golden fist lands on Kovalev's chin. I'd imagine it'll look something like Rocky 4, without Roy receiving any punishment.

    Would be a nasty beating.

He was scared to let his hands go against Griffin?

The only guys he stopped at LHW were bums?

They lasted until the late rounds?

Montell Griffin and Virgil Hill weren't bums, and he stopped Griffin in one, and Hill in four.

    Oh dear. :patsch

Hill was way past it when Roy fought him and Griffin had him shooked in the first fight and had him scared to take the lead, and since when is Griffin a great fighter? His claim to fame was giving Jones all he could handle in their first fight and winning the fight by DQ and his two gift decision wins against an out of shape Toney, DM beat him in four rounds and it only took him one try , he didnt had to fight Griffin twice like Roy.

Richard hall, David Telesco,Dell Valle, shot MCCallum, past his best Reggie Johnson, Derrick Harmon,Eric Harding,Otis Grant,Julio Gonzalez all lasted untill the late rounds and some even went the distance, this only happened cause reluctant Roy was afraid to take risks, put those guys in with Kovalev and i doubt any of them gets to see the seventh round, maybe an old mcCallum with his experience would but the rest... poor guys.

For a guy as obsessed with Roy as you are you should know more about his career than you do, you shouldnt be getting schooled by me like you are here :yep
