Came across this show on twitter and noticed that there were three TBAs 2 days before the fight date and the cheapest tickets were £40 per ticket.

Caird Hall, Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom

Ronnie Clark W Chris Adaway TKO 6 6x3
Andrew Mackay W Dean Evans PTS 4 4x3
Mike Towell W Arvydas Trizno TKO 1
Jamie Wilson W Craig Derbyshire TKO 2
Connor Law W Marcis Bumbiers TKO 1

My only trip to Jock Land last year was for Burns v Crawford and tickets were £50 for seats on the floor 10 yards from the ring.

Think the promoter was called Saltire Boxing or similar.

No wonder the public lose interest in boxing when mugged off with this gash.

People would have seen better action out in the City Centre.:lol:

Christ, that is a bit of a shocker. They have shows like that in Es*** where I used to live but you're looking at 20-25 quid a ticket tops. 40 is absurd for the cheapest

    That's a pi$$ poor card.

That Hearn show in the North East was a stinker, with Bradley Saunders fighting someone who was basically a pi$$ed tramp with cerebral palsy.

This made me chuckle. Nice one.

Had to laugh when I read that one of the boxers is called Ronnie 'Shark' Clark.

Wonder what they call the promoter?

A few years ago i bought tickets to see Adam etches at ponds forge, Sheffield. He was headlining and talked me into purchasing VIP tickets @£60.

I was working for a supermarket back then and on the day of the fight i was working i noticed some scrubber putting food into his bag, i shouted a security guard over, he grabbed him and the eastern European thief was pleading with the guard 'please don't arrest me, i have boxing fight tonight in ponds forge' turned out it was the guy Adam was fighting in less than 8 hours, i decided to let him off and just kicked him out, i wasn't losing out on £60.

I am ready for this young TBA Scottish Mob after seeing off the Boxnation crew.

Sounds like 'Iron' Mike Towell was up against the tough teak Lithuanian fighter - won 20 (KO 4) + lost 41 (KO 8) + drawn 2 = 63

Think he need a more unique alias - 'Iron Mike Towell'

Dish Towell has a better ring to it and could attract the female fans in Dundee if the price is more realistic.

Good to see there is at least a show on up there as Boxing out of the limelight since Ricky was beat by a midget in June 2014.

Did you go to the show pro punter?? I agree maybe not the greatest value for money but the show was actually ok. 2 decent fights on the card the rest were mismatches. The promoters took a punt on Dundee will have made a bit of money and will learn for next time. Chris Adaway is a good fighter I think we will get to see that in his next few fights. You sound like a Troll that goes through the schedule to moan about shows. I don't believe you were there because I have been to a lot worse shows

Usual for quality/price of shows up here tbh only a few promotional companies put on decent cards and those aren't even the ones that get most attention!! Tbf they can probably afford to put on a lower quality card as ronnie clark has a really good following so will sell either way. His fans always make hell of an atmosphere when I've seen him fight in Aberdeen
