Lots of people care what Khan says because:

- he is one of the most exciting English boxer fighting now;
- his views are key to whether we see some highly anticipated match ups against Brook, Thurman or Mayweather; and
- lots of youngsters aspire to reach the heights Khan has reached (celebrated Olympian, supremely skillful boxer, a multiple weight world champ/contender) so are interested in what he has to say.

The same cannot be said of Matthew Hatton, who is a bit of a muppet.
