Let's start by saying I am crossing my fingers and praying for Pacquiao to win. But I agree. Floyd is bigger and stronger. And I will say more, Floyd Mayweather punching power is amazingly underrated. True, his style doesn't show the power because he is too concentrated on moving backward and avoiding punches. But every time he stops and throw punches it seems to freeze his opponents. And let's not forget Marquez looked ridiculous against him.

I feel you, but I think just about any fighter Pac has fought in recent memory was "strong" than Pac....since they are bigger.

Look at when he fought Marquez, who was coming up from LW.

He didnt use strength to overcome, he simply outboxed him.
I think a lot of guys just assume Floyd is weaker because they tend to be much bigger.

Floyd is usually outweighed by 10+lbs in the ring

Yeah Mayweather is much stronger . I think Mayweather will do a lot of holding on the inside to slow the pace down . I don't see him wanting to trade with Manny. I think Pac needs to fight darting in and out and unloading fast combos . Pac needs to use his superior foot speed to get out before Mayweather shoots the counter.

The last guy who was successful walking Pac down was Morales and that was a much different Pac. Morales only had to look out for 1 punch.

Floyd may be stronger than Pac but that will not be a factor so much in this fight because Floyd don't wrestle and neither does Pac. There probably won't be many clinches. I don't Manny will be able to hold Floyd against the ropes and Floyd don't follow a fighter all the way to the ropes. He stops at punching distance. Pac has a longer than expected left hand and he always punches back and then some. He's easy to figure out and that's why Mayweather is gonna beat him.

Agree. PAC will not be able to put a dent in Floyd. The more aggressive PAC is, the shorter the nite will be for him.

Pacman had the cojones to get in the ring with Margarito Floyd didn't.
Manny said the Margarito fight was one of his toughest he'd had . If Manny took those body shots from Tony and stayed up there is no way in hell Floyd can hurt him. No surprise Floyd's bigger & stronger seeing as he has Memo & Ariza in his camp but that wont do him any good

When has Mayweather shown he's stronger than someone? Floyd doesn't walk people down using his strength at all. There's nothing to indicate Floyd's strength.

It really amazes me that people say Floyd always wanted this fight ROFLMAO
He never wanted it doesn't want it now. He's been bulldozed into taking it by Showtime etc. They figure its time for him to put up or shut up. They are sick of losing $$$$ on him

Floyd is working on power and stamina. He already has the skills and he knows that. He wants to check Pac with his power, beat him with his skills and do it for twelve rounds. He wants to punish Pac. That's just my opinion.
