Here, I'll bring some sense to this thread.

I'll repost this:
Ruslan is better than Rios when it comes to cutting the ring off and tracking down a boxer. He can actually punch on the move and through punches from the outside and counter punch similarly to how GGG does.
Rios on the other hand has very heavy feet and when you give him movement, he's clueless. But if you stand still for him, he's too much to deal with. Ruslan cannot beat Rios in the pocket. He'll outwork Ruslan and land a lot of heavy punches on him while using his gloves to pick off a lot of Ruslan's punches or just straight up eating them.

I think both of them can take each other's power, but Ruslan would wilt quicker

Watch this and see also that Rios has an underrated defense when he's in the pocket. Ruslan has the advantage at any other range. Ruslan also goes into stages where he won't throw enough punches. Rios always keeps a high workrate as long as you stand still for him
