Pascal also won against Dawson (considered p4p at the time, who won against Hopkins right after), Diaconnu (who was champion, Pascal won with one arm). And he also had a draw to Hopkins. Pascal basically shut out (a shot but still former champion with nine title defense) Bute. Having Pascal on your resume is really good.

    :nono Pascal never defeated 'Nard.

However I must say Pascal was more competitive the other night than I thought. He might have well as been inactive since losing to Hopkins his career has been so irrelevant (save for that pedestrian affair with Bute).

I think GGG-Lara looks like the Angulo fight but with GGG winning. Even still from Mr I'll fight anyone 154-68 and everyone is ducking me yet when a opportunity comes to fight a legit Contender he hit's the swerve smh.

Golovkin. He has better balance and defence, and can set up his shots better. Kovalev looks beatable, GGG doesn't at the moment.

But why would he fight Lara if Lara is staying at 154? As he said. Or does he expect Golovkin to come to him even though he can't draw flies to ****

If that's the way you see it then we have nothing further to discuss.

GGG is definitely more complete, kill you to the head and body by either breaking you down or with one bomb with either hand. Kov is a rangy fighter more right hand dependent, but still has a punishing jab, tho his left hook is also deadly. Kov can catch you going back as can GGG, but GGG is still way more patient as Kov is the opposite and can get ****ed off. Both can counter, but GGG is better. I think they punch around the same, just that Kov may be more explosive and needs range while GGG at any range can be lethal. Both use leverage very well. I think Kov has better right hand and GGG better left hook, but in a fight, GGG will break him down tho Kov would get early lead. Possibly similar to Hagler-Hearns you never know!

If Golovkin had faced equivalent opposition he would have shown more vulnerability.

Pascal is a solid win. He has flaws, but is a legit contender. Golovkin doesn't have an equivalent scalp on his resume.

Golovkin's fought better opposition than the ones Kovalev seemed to have vulnerabilities against (i.e. Darnell Boone).
