Lewis on the other hand had trained for the useless Kirk Johnson who he expected to treat with the same disdain as he had Rudduck, Grant, and Golota. When Johnson pulled out injured, Lewis agreed to bring the Vitali fight forward 6 months, and fight him in June.

I think it is fair to say that most sensible people would be more impressed by guys that were involved in, and won meaningful fights over a longer period of time, than a guy who got beaten up then KTFO in his prime, and continued to do so every time his opponent didn't freeze.
