He was caught and was given a choice to either work with the government or do time. He helped put down several big names in track and field while he was cooperating with the government for PED use.

Ariza could've supplied Pac with PED's for all that we know or care but dude's never been really caught to date.
    Memo on the other hand...

I really believe they could not be giving Floyd PED's but the mind games they are playing on Pac and Roach would take something out of both trainer and trainee come fight night.
Or maybe Floyd really believes that these 2 are the best so why not hire them both since he got the money anyway?

If either was really serious about testing they would have hired VADA.

What's he hiding? He's actually afraid he might come up positive for doping?

Bob Arum: They rejected it... then he explains that they wanted more money, then it snow ***** and fails.

    Why reject the initial proposal?

Seems like he always wanted it from the start. He even mentioned it in the interview regarding Rios failing his drug test that his next fight will have a penalty for testing failure.

if anyone tests positive they will be banned from the sport for FOUR YEARS. that is much more financially impactful than 5 million dollars.

Well no **** sherlock. It's something on top. They rejected the offer off the top. That part is true.

is it really though or is it false advertising? if team pacquiao was so adamant about this so called 5 million dollar fine then why did pacquiao agree to the contract if he wasn't satisfied with the testing protocol?

It was a bet in essence. **** if you can't agree to a simple bet, then you are proving you have too much to lose. And I doubt after 6 years they were going to drop the fight over a little bet, so that was that.

Now we can argue over it endlessly. But at the end of the day, they rejected the offer. Fact.
