    Whats the problem? Did you really ask that?? LMFAO! Stop man. The 5 million penalty is re****ed since if one of those fighters test positive it will be alot more then 5 million bonus lol. Arum who is Pacquiao promoter incase you forgot even said he agree with floyd team side of why they reject the 5 million penalty lol. So if arum agree with team floyd, why are dummies here still think floyd is scared to accept the 5 million bonus penalty? It doesnt make sense.

    This is a joke... just another TR ploy to make Mayweather look like the villain and give Manny an excuse when Floyd beats his butt.

    TR had months, HBO and a team of attorneys to come to an agreement... noooooow all of a sudden they want something else. Making a built in excuse...smart.... very clever because Bob knows the majority of fans are DUMB and fall for anything.

    How would a 5 mil fine insure the fight wouldn't be spoiled?
