    'In another notable fight, because of the unexpected ending, Light Heavyweight Egor Mekhontsev 8-0 (7KOs) win a technical decision KO when his opponent Marcelo DeSilva threw a left hook in the first round, rupture his bicep, immediately turning to the ropes and holding his arm in alarming pain.

    The doctor immediately called for the stoppage, with referee Zach Young calling it off at :31 seconds into the round.'

    The only reason I was aware of it was because I already knew Mekonstev was fighting on Saturday and I looked up the result.
