Again, if usada is so shady how did we know about Morales positive test? He was caught num nuts, it was made public. And the decision to fight was at the desecration of the camps. What more can usada do? They don't own boxing, they test in numerous sports.

Where are Manny's test results, or for that matter a pic or anything or him testing?? Rios and Robert claims he never got tested. Sure you will dismiss this, but take a fake source saying Floyd has not tested despite there being proof he has.

How did they try to lie for morales, all they did is supply test results. The camps were informed of the positive results and Angel explains it was Morale's team apologizing and swearing on his own mom that he was clean. The proof is in the camps explaining it them self's, why dont you look them up instead of hearing a rumor and twisting the story to fit your agenda.

Chain of command applies here.

Drug Testing Agency reports to the Commision who then reports to the Promoter . The promoter also may choose to report to the boxer or let the commission handle the information with the boxer's camp.


Then the commission can decide whether the disgraced boxer shall be suspended, fined or both.

The commission usually notifies the boxer's promoter and the promoter of the card he is fighting on (if different promotional company) of their findings and their resolution of the matter.
