Let's say Pac wins most of the rounds during the first half, would it be a good idea for Pacquiao to box his way out on the remaining rounds and make Floyd the aggressor? Is this even possible that Floyd will become aggressive knowing that he's losing the first half of their fight?
Some of you may say "you cannot outbox a master boxer", but Pacquiao has a chance if he can make Floyd to come at him.
nah, way too risky, he'll be dancing around like a fairy and potshotting more than ever health comes first and all that
all those roids in him, floyd will think hes hercules http://38.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m5mvqgBtnP1ro8ysbo1_500.gif
Soon as he sees how fast and orthodox Manny is he will get on his bike and hope to tame him. Then if he tames him come on in the later rounds and maybe be the aggressor. Manny is a nightmare with his angles and flurries and its going to take Floyd a long time to adjust. Maybe too long.
Pacquiao feasts on aggressive, come forward guys, so that isn't going to happen, but I can see Mayweather walking him down with his high guard in the later rounds after he's discouraged Pacquiao from lunging in by repeatedly landing sharp counters.
This is what I was thinking CAN happen. Pacquiao could box his way out right before Floyd get a chance to adjust. Once Floyd realizes that he's behind points, he wouldn't have a choice but to go after Pacquiao on the later rounds. This is why I believe that it is possible for Pacquiao to outbox Floyd in the later rounds.
Iagree Manny could quite likely outpoint Floyd but will he get the decision in Vegas ? Not if the Vegas mafia officiate
Floyd will use bursts of aggression behind that high guard. When I say bursts, I mean Floyd will be aggressive enough to land cleanly on Manny continuously, but not too much that it'll feed Manny's aggression and pace. Manny's job is to find a way to find holes during those moments so that he can land shots of his own.
Pacman cant fight off the back foot, so I expect Floyd to tart pushing him backward after the first couple of rounds.
