The top guys pretty much all have specific S+C coaches.

Boxing took a long time to get up top date with modern training methods like other sports, but thats been changing in recent years.

But the general opinion of boxing "fans" and even most "experts" is that boxe is the only one sport that didn't evolve

Great people who think power is going to help Floyd seem to forget just how bad JMM was being beaten before Manny tripped over Marquez foot.

Damn dude! Pac has such a glass chin that when his foot hit Marquez's, he was knocked out. That's not normal. He shouldn't be fighting in that condition.

according to lots on here, boxing is the only sport ever that gets worse by each passing decade. sadly many fans, mostly the casuals think fighters get weaker as time and technology increases

he just flunked his 20th ped test BUT i am sure usada will continue to sweep failed tests under the rug.

floyd owns boxing and usada, wada is going to make changes to their guidelines to help floyd in the future. if you name ends in mayweather you will be allowed a 500000 : 1 test ratio, starting with the pac fight

Boxers don't generally incorporate a lot of weight lifting into their regimen because more muscles mean you lose speed and stamina, if it's not done correctly. I think Floyd is focusing on power, he's going to sit on his punches. I think he's going to stand in the pocket, slip punches and counter. We won't see the same Mayweather we're accustomed too. All the weight lifting and bulking will slow him down a tad.

All boxers lift weights, it's a myth that people think they don't.
