Youre right about one thing. Floyd's legacy is as goods as it will get. It is wayyyyy below Manny Pacquaio's. Floyd really could have been one of TBE but the reason he isn't and never will be is due to his own cowardice. Had he fought Pacquaio, Margarito, Williams etc he may well have beaten them all but instead he ducked, dived even retired!!! so he wouldn't have to face them.
Add to the facy we all know that anywhere but Vegas & Floyd would have 2 losses on his resume already.
